I found it very easy to install the new memory into the empty slot in my laptop. The computer responded great and is operating much faster and feels like a new laptop! Rod, just some feedback on the service I received from RamCity. It was great! The delivery was exactly as you predicted, "the next business day"! Running an IT business in regional Qld I frequently purchase hardware and software online and often have to wait for dispatch and delivery as the item is sourced from who knows where. The certainty of a reliable delivery time allows me to give commitments to my clients.

That was excellent. The package arrived within 48hrs of placing my order and all was well. I had a few hiccups fitting the RAM unit, but once I had it seated in its slot properly, all was well. Computer performance since then has been dramatically better.

Memory for our Hewlett Packard colour laser printer was ordered from you around 4:15pm 19/09/06 and arrived before 8:30am 20/09/06. That's almost quicker than driving to a local supplier, and way quicker than getting the memory from HP (cheaper too). In fact you were so quick we weren't ready for the memory, so we haven't had a chance to install it yet (weekend task).
