Can we pick up the item(s), or would you prefer to send them in via Registered Post?
Please don't post anything yet (it will just cause unnecessary delays)! One of our staff will be in touch within 1 business day with an authorisation number, and mailing address details.
Once the return is confirmed, you may receive an email with instructions to organise the pickup from our logistics partner company, followed up with further instructions from a RamCity customer service team member.
Please read this carefully as you may need to print out an address label and manifest for the driver on two A4 pieces of paper and phone the courier company to organise the pickup. If you are required to do this, but don't have a printer, then ask the driver for a manual consignment note. Carefully complete it with all the details provided in the email.
