Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund if returned within 14 days of shipment. Any non-faulty returns must be in pristine condition with all original manuals and packaging intact (a broken packaging sticker seal is acceptable).
Simply contact us, tell us your name, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.
We will reply to the email with an R.A. number and instructions on how to send the items back to us. If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will at our discretion either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and confirmed as faulty. Please carefully check specification and compatibility with your requirements prior to purchasing. If the goods are not faulty you have 14 days from the day after the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund. A restocking fee of 25% will apply if the item including packaging is not in as-new condition. A refund will be provided within 7 days. If any returned goods are not faulty and the goods contain software that has been opened a 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are only refundable if we have shipped an item in error or if your product is faulty.
