Most of the memory returned to us is not actually defective. These simple troubleshooting solutions help most of our customers solve any problems they may encounter with their memory upgrade.

Hassle-Free Warranty Replacements

  • A Lifetime Warranty applies to all products we sell, with the exception of flash memory, batteries, AC Adapters and hard drives/solid state drives, which have a minimum 1 year warranty. Read the full details and limitations to our warranty.
  • If it is convenient we offer free collection of any suspected faulty items via Australian Air Express (or FedEx if you are overseas), or you can simply return them to our Sydney warehouse via registered post.
  • Only authorised returns will be accepted. For the fastest turnaround time, please follow our returns procedure.
  • We also offer advance replacements as a standard business practice on any warranty return. That is, if any product you purchase from us is suspected faulty, we will immediately ship a replacement at no charge and work out the return of the faulty module(s) separately.1
1. Please action the return of your products promptly. In the event the faulty module(s) are not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement parts.

  • Read the full details of our 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • You can return any product purchased from RamCity for a full refund, for any reason, within 1 year of purchase.
  • If it is convenient we will also collect your unwanted items via Australian Air Express (or FedEx if you are overseas), or you can simply return them to our Sydney warehouse via registered post. (We'll even refund your registered post costs if you email us a copy of the docket, but please use the original packaging. We wont pay for any additional packaging costs or special postal features, like delivery confirmation.)

  • All refunds are made via the same method as the original purchase.
