Shipping and Delivery

• Our Free shipping service utilises Australian Air Express off-peak, Express Post, or Couriers Please in select Brisbane Metro locations, for rapid delivery to all parts of Australia with the convenience of an authority to leave for orders valued under $200, and Post Office pickup if you are not home. (Couriers Please in Brisbane don't support post-office pickups, so if you definitely need a post-office pickup and live in the Brisbane area, then please type 'send by AAE only, post office collection required' in the notes section on the checkout page.)
• We can deliver to any Australian PO Box using our 2-3 Day or Overnight service.
• All Kingston brand products are shipped directly from our own warehouse in Eagle Farm, Brisbane or direct from our suppliers in Botany and Matraville, Sydney.
• All RamCity brand products are shipped directly from our own warehouse in Eagle Farm, Brisbane only.

Notes

• Online tracking is available for all services. We will email you the details the morning after your shipment is dispatched.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
• For orders valued under $200, we provide an Authority to Leave to the shipping company (except FedEx). In this case, if the delivery address is unattended, the driver is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe place.
• Please allow an additional business day if your order is placed after 11:45am AEDST.

Stock Levels

• Stock levels shown on our website are updated early each morning.
• 95% of all orders we receive are shipped the same or next business day, once the payment has been cleared. Products requiring back order are clearly marked.
• For up-to-the-minute stock levels, please contact our Customer Service Team.
• If your product is not in stock, you will be notified by email of an expected shipping date, generally within 5 business days. Although your credit card is charged up-front, you are able to cancel the order at anytime and have the transaction reversed. We do not charge any cancellation or restocking fees.

GST and Import Duties

• All prices quoted on www.ramcity.com.au are inclusive of GST.
• If you are an overseas buyer, then please select FedEx on the checkout page, and 10% GST will automatically be deducted from your order total.
• IMPORTANT: All orders placed on www.ramcity.com.au ship from our Sydney distribution centre in Australia. GST, VAT and import duties may be leviable at the point of entry to your country. RamCity is not responsible for collection of any additional duties or taxes levied by your government. Please refer to your customs agent for further information.
