Comments:MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN PAIRS for Dual Channel mode. Kingston offers "K2" kit part numbers for Dual Channel mode. Mixing DDR2-533 Registered DIMMs with DDR2-667 Registered with Parity DIMMs is not recommended. Mixing x4 and x8 modules is allowed, however not within the same bank. To achieve 64GB using DDR2-667 (32GB per processor bank), 4GB Single Rank modules must be installed. There is a limit of eight memory ranks per processor bank at this speed, using either FOUR Dual Rank modules, or EIGHT Single Rank modules. What is Dual Channel Mode?
