International Shipping to New Zealand

International shipping via DHL International Express outside of Australia is available to New Zealand only, and shipping costs can be calculated in the shopping cart or checkout page. Note, you are responsible for all import charges to your own country, and should contact your local customs office if you are uncertain if additional fees or charges apply.

Note 1: New Zealand customers shop GST free and save 10% on our already great prices. See our Pricing and Payment page for more information.

Note 2: Sorry we don't ship to any other countries overseas except New Zealand (and Australia of course).


Domestic Shipping within Australia

Our domestic shipping service utilises Star Track Express off-peak, Express Post, or Couriers Please in select Brisbane Metro locations, for rapid delivery to all parts of Australia with the convenience of an 'authority to leave' option.  We have tried various free shipping offers over the years, but ultimately someone has to pay for it, so instead we have what we think is a fair and low flat-rate domestic shipping service that allows us to provide good prices on our products.

We can also deliver to any Australian PO Box using our standard 2-3 day shipping service via eParcel Express Post.

All products are shipped directly from our own warehouse in Eagle Farm, Brisbane with some overflow fulfilled direct from supplier warehouses in Sydney.

1 In rural areas, please allow an extra 2-3 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
2 Order must be received before 2:00pm to arrive within the specified time (NSW AEST/AEDST) (12:45pm for a same day pickup). Add 1 business day for orders placed after this time. AU customers - sorry we can't ship to a PO Box with this method (use standard courier/eParcel instead). 
4 Please allow 3 business hours from the time you place your order before attempting a pickup.  We will email you collection details.
5 Pickup window for next day pickups is 9:30am-4:30pm.

* For security reasons, we only disclose the warehouse address to customers with confirmed and paid orders. Pickup is only ever available from Eagle Farm, Brisbane.
**There are no pickups available from the Sydney CBD address**




  • Online tracking is available for all services. We will email you the details the morning after your shipment is dispatched.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
  • We provide the option for an Authority to Leave to the shipping company. If you select this option in the checkout, if the delivery address is unattended, the driver is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe place.
  • Please allow an additional business day if your order is placed after 2:00pm AEST.
