For small accessories, hard drives and SSD's, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Lifetime Warranty Gives you Peace of Mind

We are so confident of the quality of our memory products, that every memory module we sell is backed by a lifetime warranty against faults and defects.

Warranties for flash memory, solid state drives, hard drives and other accessories vary up to 5 years. Please see the specific product page in our catalogue for more information.

We Dispatch Orders Quickly

If we show an item is in stock on our website, then we really mean it's our stock, in our warehouse, not stock with a distributor.

This means if you order before 2pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time, Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays), we can ship your order on the same day and get it to you as soon as possible!
