Will my order ship today?

For same day shipping, please place your order before 2pm on business days. If the item is in stock, we will ship it the same day and email you the tracking details later in the evening.

How much do you charge for shipping?

All Australian deliveries are shipped via Express Post next day delivery and charged at $13.95. 

International orders are shipped Australia Post International Courier and are charged in the cart at check and vary country to country. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

Australia Post Express Post is our default and preferred shipping option.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes

Weekend deliveries

Sorry, we are not able to offer weekend deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays at the moment. Occasionally we find that Australia Post will deliver on a Saturday, but it's not a guaranteed service.

International Shipping to New Zealand and the Rest of the World

International orders are shipped Australia Post International Courier and are charged in thr cart at check and vary country to country. 

Note, you are responsible for all import charges to your own country.

Collect or Pick Up options

All our stock is held at our Sydney warehouse. Collections are available from this location on a Click and Collect basis only.

If you want to collect a product the only option is to order online and pay. When your order is ready we will send you a notification.
