This is a high speed 16GB USB flash drive, we have used to create a macOS installer USB. Use the drop down list to select the OS you require.

We are not selling MacOS, you can download and install MacOS for free. However Apple have made it harder to install older OS on your Mac. An installer USB makes life easier.

How to do a fresh install
If you want to install macOS, and you have a new SSD install in your Mac, all you have to do is plug in this USB and start the Mac. The USB should build MacOS Utilities page. From there use Disk Utilities to initialise the drive. Then install new MacOS.
If you get a question mark or a spinning globe of the world, shut the mac down (hold down power button) and restart Mac holding down option key. A yellow drive should appear called macOS installer. Click on that drive.

What disk format do I erase in?
SSDs and HDD come unformated, so you need to erase before you install macOS.

To install High Sierra, Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite and earlier: initialise the drive as Mac OS Extended (Journaled)

To install Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura: initialise the SSD as APFS.

Please note High Sierra needs Extended (journaled) to start the install but will change the SSD to APFS during the install. Do not initialise as APFS or the SSD will not be recognised.

Problems
Apple does not like users installing older OS, so they will try to block the install. The usual error message is This USB is corrupt. The solution is to turn off the internet on the Mac so it can not phone home and change the date on the Mac. You will need to get into Terminal, it is an option from the menu. Once in terminal you copy and paste the date numbers you need.
