Not only does this reader support the most common format memory cards, it also supports USB 3.0 and is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 ports as well. It also enables concurrent downloads.
It's USB powered (just attach the included cable to a free USB Type-A port on your computer) so there’s no external power required. If your system only has USB Type-C ports, then you can still use this product with a USB Type-A to Type-C converter
